The Qsoft DMS Allows You To:

  • Manage 7 different security levels per application/user.
  • Support permissions per field level.
  • Define workflow processes.
  • Handle automatic eMail and Internal-Messaging for work assignments.
  • Allow users to define or view predefined ad-hoc queries and reports.
  • Tabular and graphical reports (Eg. Paretto, Pie, Run Chart, gantt).
  • Creating HTML with javascript forms for Internet/Intranet use.
  • Send & Receive feedback forms (via web) from external customers, who are not Qsoft users.
  • History files and logs for each event.
