The Qsoft Data Management System (DMS) is a user interface for data collection, producing reports and performing analysis.
The Qsoft DMS Allows You To:
- Define 2 Levels of electronic signatures.
- Manage all processes in a centralized database.
- Manage 7 different security levels per application/user.
- Support permissions per field level.
- Define workflow processes.
- Handle automatic eMail and Internal-Messaging for work assignments.
- Allow users to define or view predefined ad-hoc queries and reports.
- Tabular and graphical reports (Eg. Paretto, Pie, Run Chart, gantt).
- Send & Receive feedback forms (via web) from external customers, who are not Qsoft users.
- History files and logs for each event.
